Rik Hanssen spent close to a decade in the food and dairy trade, at Numidia, Millbrook and Interfood, as a trader, position holder, managing director and commercial operator.
Through all those years the same wall kept coming back. The goods move on modern rails, but the transport behind them is still booked the old way, on the phone, in Excel and over WhatsApp.
After building Dairy-Broker.ai for the trading layer, Rik started Linkargo to fix the layer underneath it: the transport. Post a load the way you would tell a colleague, vetted carriers quote on it, and you run every tour in one place, with one link for the driver and the customer. Fewer calls, fewer mails, full visibility.

Three values shape every call we make.
Trust
Both sides are checked before they trade. Carriers show their licence and insurance, end customers are vetted before they can post. That is the whole point of a network you can rely on when a truck is late and a cold load is waiting.
Quality over quantity
We roll this out on purpose. First a handful of carriers to prove the flow, then the wider invite once the TMS stands. Enough offers per request, and every carrier has their own tours in the cockpit from day one, win or not.
Fairness
The demand side never pays, it is the value the supply side buys. And for carriers the promise is fixed: no commission, no percentage on your freight. You pay for the chance at loads, never a cut of the deal.
Food and frigo transport is one of the hardest jobs in logistics, and it is still run on three phones and a spreadsheet. That has to change.
The bigger vision
The people who move food deserve the tools every other industry already has.
