As Cedaris LLC is established outside the European Economic Area but processes personal data of individuals in the EEA, we have appointed an EU Representative pursuant to Art. 27 GDPR:

Nature of the service

Cedaris LLC operates Linkargo as a technology-enabled intermediary that connects end customers with vetted carriers and warehouses. Cedaris is not a carrier, freight forwarder, or a party to any transport or storage contract concluded through the platform. Those contracts are concluded directly between the end customer and the carrier or warehouse. Cedaris does not carry goods and takes no title to any cargo.

Consumer dispute resolution

The platform is strictly for business use. Cedaris is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Responsibility for content

Cedaris LLC is responsible for the content of linkargo.ai. Content submitted by members (company details, documents, notes) remains the responsibility of the submitting member, as set out in our Terms of Service.
