What is Linkargo?
The AI freight desk for food and frigo transport in Europe. Post a load in plain words, vetted carriers quote on it, and you run every tour in one place with one link for the driver and the customer.
Who is Frida?
Frida is the name you talk to, on WhatsApp and by mail. She takes your load, asks the one thing that is missing, and puts it in front of the right carriers. Linkargo is the product behind her.
Is it really free for end customers?
Yes, and it stays that way. If you have food to move you post it, compare quotes and follow the tour at no cost. The demand side never pays, it is the value the supply side buys.
What does it cost carriers?
Carrier Access is 99 EUR a month for the marketplace loads, Linkargo Pro is 199 EUR a month for the full TMS. Both start with three months free. No setup fee, cancel monthly, no commission, no percentage on your freight.
Do drivers or customers need an app?
No. The driver gets a link by SMS or WhatsApp, the customer gets a tracking page. No app, no account, no login. Just the link.
How do you vet members?
Both sides are checked before they trade. Carriers show their licence and insurance, end customers are vetted before they can post a load. That is what lets a carrier trust the load and an end customer trust the truck.
What can I run on the TMS?
Every tour, not only the ones that come from Linkargo. A carrier runs the loads from their own customers here too: driver link, customer tracking, documents, chat with automatic translation, simple reports.
How does tracking work?
Milestone status plus a calculated ETA, and GPS points while the driver has the page open. We do not promise live GPS, because browser location without an app stops when the screen goes off. What we promise is what we can keep.
As an end customer, do I set the price or do I get quotes?
You get quotes. Vetted carriers on your lane price the load, you accept with one click, and the price you take is exactly what you pay the carrier. Nothing on top.
What trailer types does it cover?
Frigo, ambient, tanker and container. Frigo is the trailer, not the temperature: the same reefer runs minus 18 or plus 4, that is a setting.
Can I find cold storage too?
Yes. Say what you need and where, and every vetted warehouse in that area answers with one click. The ones with rates on file come back with a price straight away.
Which countries does it cover?
Europe, built for the small and mid sized food and frigo carriers and end customers who still run the day on the phone, on Excel and on WhatsApp.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. A carrier can list up to three inbox addresses, so matching loads reach the whole dispatch desk, not one person.
How do I get access?
Apply, confirm your email, and a person reviews you by hand, usually within one business day. The moment you are cleared we email you a sign-in link and your cockpit opens.
